The Tennis Association ha 9 agreed to the wish of the New Zealand Association that a new body should he formed to control the contests for the Davis Cup, tho representation to be on tho basis of the populations of the States and New Zealand, and that the net proceeds of the Davis Cup competitions should bo set apart f<r international tenni3 purposes.
