The foundation-stone of the Spreydon Sunday School in connection with St Andrew’s Church, will be laid tomorrow at three o'clock. A special general meeting of the High School Old Boys’ Football Club ■will be held to-morrow evening at the Pioneer Club rooms. Sister Avabamia will deliver a Vedanta lecture to ladies this afternoon at the Druids’ Hall. The Burgesses’ Associations of Christchurch will meet this evening to discuss matters of general interest. The meeting, which be held in the Manchester Chambers, will be open to the public. At the Spiritualists’ Church this evening, Mr J. Isherwood will give demonstrations of psychometry and clairvoyance, at eight o’clock.
