Lord Milner, in an interview, suggested the wisdom of the Motherland lending officials to any dominion desiring advisers. Ultimately a system of interchange would doubtless prove popular. The Association suggests Sir Thomas Borthwick. TROUBLE IN SOMALILAND. The “ Standard ” deolarea that the Somaliland Mullah, with throe columns of 10,000 men each, one-half of them riflemen, apparently is anxious to force a campaign on Britain. THE ITALIAN ELECTIONS. ROME, February 9. The Italian Chamber has been dissolved. The elections will bo held on March 7.
