BOWLING.
RANGIORA, The annual meeting of the bowling section of the Itangiona Rowling, Tennis and Croquet Club was held on Tuesday evening. There was an attendance of seventeen, Mr J. Sansom presiding. The committee reported that the season just closed had been a very successful one. The championship games had been, well contested, and in singles and rinks more games had been played than during the previous season. The report was adopted. Messrs J.Marshall, T. E. Cresswell, S. Webber, T. Ambrose and C. I. Jennings were elected a committee, and Messrs T. It. Cresswell and W. Bridget were appointed to represent the bowling section on the general committee. Several matters were discussed and deferred for future consideration. At a meeting of the' committee Mr Marshall was re-elected chairman and Mr Ambrose secretary.
