Tho cargo consisted of timber and sugar, and was valued at £BO,OOO sterling. (Tho Austrian Lloyd steamer linporatrix, from Brindisi to Bam bay, with .a crew of 120 and twenty j>aisf3ongero, was wrecked on Cape Elaphionisi, Crete, in a gale. A warship rescued seventeen.)
