When th© divorce suit of Jeremiah ftevenson versus Nellie Stevenson and fastings Bussell, corespondent, was called at the Supreme Court to-day counsel for tho respondent made application to have the case heard in camera. Hi« Honor th© Chief Juetioe said that he had always laid down a rule that where children were concerned there ought to bo no publication, and following tho precedent laid down by Mr Justice Denniston, at Christchurch, he granted counsel’s request.
