LARRIKINISM.

TO TUB EDITOR.

Sir, —My attention has been drawn to statements in a local paper reported to have- been made by me in a recent case in the Magistrate's Court, namely, that I had complained to the police a dozen times, and that was the first time any notice had been taken. ' I do not recollect making such statements. I said that I had com-, plained to the .police regarding larrikinism. I am glad now that my complaint has been attended to, and every endeavour made to ahate the nuisance. The recent proceedings have had the. effect of clearing the corner by the Sandridge Hotel.—l am, etc., S. R. DRANSFIELD.
