THE CASE REMANDED. \t the Police Court yesterday, before Captain M'Clatchie, J.P., and Mr E. Marshall, J.P., Thomas Houlahan and Edwin Dra.pper were charged with having on the previous day assaulted and attempted to rob C. H. L. Walter. The police asked for a remand for one day, and, Mr Donncllv consenting on behalf of tho accused, the remand was granted. Each accused was allowed bail, himself in £SO, and one surety of £SO. ______
