(Received April 21, 10.16 p.m.) LONDON, April 21. King Edward witnessed the naval review from the racecourse at Malta, and then laid a memorial stone of the new breakwater. The naval officers and men, in connection with the visit, held a water carnival and procession at night. They constructed models of vessels ranging from the Ark, with living figures of Noaih, and his sons, daughters and animals, to the latest battleship, Edward the Seventh, now being built. A white dove was released, and hovered over the Royal yacht, returning to the Ark.
