The “Frankfurter Zeitung” states that tho entire Russian Black Sea fleet is being mobilised at Sebastopol and Nicolaieff. ASSEMBLING OF TURKISH TROOPS. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 21. Nineteen battalions in the Salonika district and 'sixteen others from Anatolia, will arrive soon with with forty-four belonging to the Fifth Army Corps. An opinion is widely expressed in Turkish circles in favour of martial law or marching on Sofia.
