♦ . . CHRISTCHURCH CLUB. , The annual meeting of tlbe Christchurch!’ Amateur Swimming Club Was held in thef.... Clarendon Hotel last evening. Mr G< Harris was in the chair, and there was a good attendance. The report stated that) during the season repairs had been made to the bath, and the dressing-room® had been painted. The balance-sheet showed receipts £74 Os 3d, and expenditure £73 4s lid. The following officers were eledted:—President, Mr G. Harris; vice-preb-dents, Drs Moorhouse, , Thacker and Orchard, and Messrs J. j. Tsbjster, A. Francis, J. M. Watson, J. R. Tv S. Foster and E. C. Ashby; captain, Mr C. H. Fox; sub-captain, Mr F. Paterson honorary secretary, Mr H. Manat; honorary treasurer, Mr J. Buchanan; _ committee; Messrs R. Sneddon, D. Sinclair, T. S. Fester, T. H. Barker, P. Cooper, W.Harrison and 0.
