A -SETTLEMENT EFFECTED. United Press Association—-By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, July 29. The iron strike has been settled. The result is largely a Trust victory. The companies have agreed to pay Union wages and to freely employ non-unionists.
