TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I’m not one. that praises the present Administration much, but I would like tp giye dpe credit to the conception of the brilliant review we witnessed to-day. Prom the smallest cadets to the biggest foot and cavalryman, it would compare with anything the world over. I have seen reviews in Dublin, and I think the one to-day was magnificent. Certainly, whoever the commander or organising officer is, he is deserving of the highest praise. It was simply perfect. I hope everyone who took part and helped to make it such a success will feel rewarded by the turnout. The expense to* every taxpayer is a mere bagatelle do thp gn}# sPpctaple.Al etc.,
