Wool.—The Antwerp sales have opened in the presence of a large attendance. One thousand five hundred and seventyfour bales of La Plata wool were offered, but they comprised a poor selection, and only 634 bales were sold. Merinoes and lambs’ wool showed a fall of five centimes, and cross-breds a fall of ten centimes compared with the prices ruling at the April sales. At the tallow sales 2500 casks were offered and 1175 casks sold, n Prices of gll kinds are unchanged. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, has received the following cable message, dated LONDON, June 26, Wool.—We look for a decline at next public sales as regards merino and crossbred. .
