TIMARU GAS COMPANY.
[Per Press Association.] TIMAEU, Feb. 18. j At the twenty-sixth annual meeting of, the Timara Gas Company the balance-sheet; showed a profit of £3187. The dividend; for the year was 8 per cent, and the directors announced that they had ordered an-; other gas holder, at a cost of £4OOO, of which £3OOO must be borrowed. At the beginning of the year the price of gas was reduced to 7s 6d per 1000 ft.
