A LONG SUITE RING WIFE.
A Christchurch newspaper publishes a remarkable interview with a married lady, a Mrs Eliza Canty, of South Riverton, Southland. . “ I am forty-four years of age,” said she, “ and a native, of South Australia. My husband, Adjutant Canty, and I, have been members of the Salvation Army for seventeen years, and we have visited many towns in furthering our cause, so that we have a largo circle of acquaintances. About eight years ago I became afflicted with general debility, severe headaches, swelling -and aching 0 f the limbs, could eat but little food, and grew extremely weak. As time went on the headaches and pains became move severe, and the swellings increased. Many doctors treated me at different times, and various medicines were used, without appreciable benefit. Three years ago a pamphlet was placed under my door, and in it I read how others who had suffered like me had been cured by Dr Williams’s pink pills.
