GALES IN VICTORIA AND NEW, SOUTH WALES. United Press Association—By Electric T elcgraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, June 27. A heavy south-westerly gale is blowing. It is accompanied by a rough sea. MELBOURNE, June 27. Heavy rain is falling throughout the colony. Many rivers are in flood, and a number of low-lying townships are partially submerged. Considerable damage has been done to property and crops.
