[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 24. Clarence 9st 121 b was omitted from the acceptances for the First Hurdle Handicap, to be decided on the first day of the Wellington Racing Club’s Autumn Meeting on Wednesday. ,

WELLINGTON TRAINING NOTES WELLINGTON, April 24

Most of the horses engaged in the Wellington meeting have arrived at the Hutt. Djiii Djin this morning put in a, sound two rounds, and appears in rare buckle. Falka went once round, and Goldleaf mis restricted to seven furlongs, but the time was only moderate. Ngaparu beat Cavendish ovei si., furlongs, while Scrowgun held Ben Parley safe over a similar distance, traversed in Imin 20isec. Castashoro badly beat First Blood over a mile, run in Imin 49sec. Clarence and Oingo covered a. couple of rounds, tho latter looking and going very well. 'Boreas finished in front of Titoki and Bona Fide at the end of six furlongs, tho time being Imin 19sec. 'Allair beat Sylvia Park by a couple of lengths over a mile, registered in Imin 47scc. Tauhei, Battleaxe and Paladin spurted over six furlongs, the latter finishing in front in Imin 19sec. Several other horses put in sound work.
