CHARGE OF CHILD MURDER.
CASE DISMISSED. [Pee Press Association.] THAMES, Oct. 4. Elizabeth Cooke was brought up, on remand, yesterday afternoon, on the charge of murdering her infant. The Magistrate, Mr Bush, held that the evidence was not strong enough to commit the accused, and discharged her.
