Some commotion has been caused in military circles through the commandant, ordering all absentees from the Easter camp to be fined 23, with six-months* imprisonment in default of payment of the; fine. Absentees are now called upon to-, show cause why the fine or imprisonment,; should not he inflicted. A CHARGE . ABANDONED. PERTH, Apeil. 19.
