ROAD BOARDS.

SPREYDON. A meeting of the Spreydon Road Board was held on April?; present—Messrs J. T. Brown (Chairman), Ell, Halliday, Handisides and Rogers. A letter was received from the Sydenham Borough ing for information in connection with a proposal to annex a portion of the Spreydon Road District to the borough of Sydenham. It was decided that the clerk should forward the information asked for. A letter was received from the Clerk of the Selwyn County Council stating that he was not aware that the boundary bridge on the Lincoln Road syas vested in the control of either the Halswell or Spreydon Road Boards. It was decided that the annual election should be held on May 3. Accounts amounting to .£32 3s were passed for payment and the meeting closed.
