TO THE EDITOR. Sib, —I would like to draw the attention of the ranger (if there is one) to the grazing of cows on the North-east Belt and the various streets in the neighbourhood of St Albans at various times during the day. If a gate is left open the chances are, in they go, and the result is best known to the owner of the property.—l am, &c., ‘RATEPAYER. •
