Sir, — In driving through Belfast last Sunday, I was surprised to see several men evidently going to work. On making inquiries, I found tiiat such was the case, and that they were engaged at the wool works. Is this legal or illegal? By inserting this it may act as a warning for the tho future.—l am, etc., TRAVELLER.
