THE NIGER TERRITORY.
A TRENCH REVERSE. [Per Press Association.] LONDON, Nov, 10. The Natives of Ilesha, on the Niger, have defeated a French force, killing several men and wounding their commander. The French were crossing the British Hinterland, and had impressed the natives as carriers.
