[Per Press Association.] , DUNEDIN, April 24. ■ The directors of the Mosgiel Woollen Company have declared an interim dividend at the rate of 8 per cent per annum. Mr D. E. White was elected graduates’ representative ■on the Otago University Council. The Trades Council Conference resumed to-day and concluded. A motion was passed'. approving of co-operative settlements, also recognising Mr D. P. Fisher’s services as secretary.
