THE ARMENIAN MASSACRES.
NINE HUNDRED VICTIMS. [Per Press Association.] CONSTANTINOPLE, March 29. The French Embassy at Constantinople is in possession of intelligence which shows that nine hundred Armenians were massacred at Tokat. Hakki Pasha has been dismissed from his military command, and arrested.
