MEETING AT DUBLIN. [Per Press Association.] LONDON, Sept. 2,

Two thousand delegates attended the National Convention in Dublin. His Holiness the Pope blessed the gathering, and prayers were offered that dissension among the party would end. Bishop O’Donnell, of Paphoo, County Donegal, presided. The supporters of Mr Healy were absent, and the bieracby display few signs of sympathy with them.
