[Per Peers Association.! BEUNNEETON, Fjeiw.27. A labour dispute occurred in the Black’ll ball Coal-mine on Saturday. The tirucker* demanded a rise of wages. The’manager declined, and paid them, off-on Monday morning. The manager met \ the miners on Monday night and asked* them:to do the trucking. They would not content. On Tuesday all hands ceceivedvfouiteaii days’ notice terminating their engagements, and the'blacksmiths and eogiiiiemeq were informed that there would be so work until the mine is again working. The men seem to fear labour beingcabled for from Sydney. The mine has bees working badly, and would not average half-time. The wages, are -'considered Jew comparedwith those 'at 'Brunnertoß i and Westport.

Moore (re-elected); vice-president,MrH.. Green; secretary and treasurer, Mr Eobsrt Kerr; committee, Messrs Swan, Winstone, Fowler and Tucker; auditor, Mr Fowler.
