[Special to Press Association.] LONDON, Nov. 21. The quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,310,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,130,000 quarters. It is estimated that the visible supply of American wheat is 110,400,000 bushels. Nov. 22. The directors of the New 1 Zealand and River Plate Land Mortgage Company abandon the reconstruction scheme, and propose to write down the capital and reduce the liabilities. They will also cancel a large amount of uncalled capital n New Zealand and London, securities will be realised, and investment in the River Plate will be limited to £480,000, The Trust Company has taken over the balance in the Baring estate, thus relieving the guarantors.
