HIS CRITICAL CONDITION. [Special to Press Association.! ST PETERSBURG, Oct. 18. The Czar is rapidly getting worse, Oct 19* It is reported that the Czar is sinking, and the family has been summoned to Livadia. A medical bulletin admits that there ia a change for the worse, and that the feebleness of the heart ia increasing. The physicians have prepared the Czarina for the worst. The news has caused a deep sensation in Vienna, Berlin and Paris. The Princess Alis starts for Livadia to-day. It is expected that she will be privately married shortly.
