FRENCH AGGRESSION. [Special to Press Association.] LONDON, Jan. 25. It is reported that a French column has seized Timbuctoo, thus tapping the British territory in West Africa, This movement is ia response to the demands of the aggressive colonial party in France. PARIS, Jan. 26. It is reported that the French troops have seized Timbuctoo without firing a shot. News has been received that a French native force has been massacred near Timbuctoo.
