[Pee Pbess Association.! GISBOENE, August 2. For the Supreme Court session, opening on Saturday, the following is the Hat of criminal cases:~-John Eichardson, rape; W. H. Harris, forgery; Eoberi Finlaysoa, attempted rape; Thomas, Tait, indecent assault; E. Q. Begaley, larceny as a bailee; five Natives, cattle stealing. There are four civil cases, one feeing against J. B, Hill, of Tologa Bay, by Charles Eawnsloy, for the seduction of plaintiff's daughter. Another ia a claim by Charles Bourke against the Union Bank of Australia for dishonouring plaintiff’s cheque, and the claim is £ISOO. The divorce case of Young v. Young and Ferguson is also set down for hearing. The criminal cases are all from the Coast except the charge of forgery.
