[Special to Press Association.] [Received July 13, at 10.30 a.m.] LONDON, July 12. Tho Emperor of Germany reviewed 6000 Regulars and 20,000 Volunteers at Wimbledon. The weather was brilliant. Tbe Emperor complimented tbe Duke of Cambridge, tho Com-mancler-iu-Cbiof, on his splendid troops. In the evening His Impend Majesty, at the Crystal Palace, reviewed 155 Biigades from London and tbo Provinces. [Received July 13, at 2.30 p.m.] PARIS, July 12.' La Liberie frankly admits that the German Emperor’s speeches in London are pacific in character. [Received July 14. at 1 a.m.] LONDON, July 13. The Emperor of Germany’s speech at tbe Guildhall has produced a favourable impression, both in Paris and St Petersburg. Tha Emperor, accompanied by the Empress, attended service at St Paul’s Cathedral yesterday. [Received July 14, at 1.10 a.m.j Emperor and Empress of Germany have gone to Hatfisid House, where they will bo tae guests of tbo Premier. BERLIN, July 13. The German Press refers to the Emperor's reception in London in terms of warm approval.
