TAILORS’ STRIKE.

The tailors who went out on strike have resumed work, pending a settlement with the masters, who, it is said, are willing to make large concessions to the men. Ten thousand East End and Jewish tailors will strike on Sunday. The Miners’ Conference, sitting at Chester, has invited the Australian and American miners to join an international federation. The strike of cokemen at Scottdale, Pittsburg, has collapsed, and those who went out are in a terribly distressed condition.
