Informations have been laid against Acme of the persons who assembled at ; Mcßride’s premises and caused a disturbance when a number of hia employees wore leaving work. The Tailors’ Union have resolved to assist the tailoresses by a strike levy. DUNEDIN, Mat 1. At a meeting of the Tailoresses’ Union to-night it was decided to send .£2O to-the tailoresses on strike at Auckland, and make a levy on members to enable them to send £25 per week to keep those on strike. It was also-decided to send £5 to the Pctone, Woollen Mill operatives.
