Owing to various circumstances, a deficit is the result of the year's work of the factory, amounting to J 234 4s Id. Mr E. H. Templar was reappointed Auditor for the ensuing year. The followiii&were nominated Directors in the stead of Messrs W. H. Moore, NV Dunlop and L. Grant, who retire in rotation : Messrs W. Postlethwaite, W. H. Moore, E. H. Pearpoint, and Allen.
