The Lend Soles to-day amounted to 1062 acres, 3 roods, 7 perches, as follows Upper Christchurch, 23 acres j Tixnaru, 420 acres 2 foods; Banks Peninsula, 61 acres; Waipara, 301 acres; Oxford, 20 acres; Ashburton, 231 acres; Geraldine, 1 rood? perches; realising £2139 2s. The Customs’ revenue collected to-dav amounted to £709 10* lid. The following were the items : Spirits, 561 gallons, £321 15s; wine, 130} gallons, £3O Us 9d; tobacco, 7021b5, £B7 15s; sugar, iWSSIbs, £ll 10s 8d; tea, 190 lbs, £l2 ss; twine, 1 Me, £5; drapery, 25 pkgs, £176 88; apparel, 3 pkgs, i£2olos; galvanised iron, £12145; sundries, 1% 64.
