PROPOSED VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR TO CANTERBURY.
We learn from Wellington that Sir George Grey is coming down to visit tins province and may be expected about Thursday or Friday next. We trust that the Volunteers of Lyttelton and Christchurch will turn out in force to do honor to the occasion.
