Alport,—Eighteen Quarter-Acre Plots in the most eligible parts of the West-end of Lyttelton, some of them fronting1 upon the Governor's Bay-road, and all having extensive views of the harbour and town, within five minutes walk of the Bank. These plots are conveniently situated for supply of the red building stone, which crops out upon some of the sections, and are in the immediate vicinity of the projected deep-water landing place near Battery Point. The Rains will for a few days be depastured in Mr. Le Cren's paddock, Dampier's Bay, Lyttelton; and further particulars can be obtained from Mr. Parkinson, London-street; or Messrs.
