The Provincial Government are prepared to receive Tenders for leasing the block of Land reserved for the landing of diseased sheep on Adderly Head, containing 2,530 acres or thereabouts on the following terms. The Lease to be for a term of not more than three years. No sheep to be placed on the run by the Lessee ; —only cattle or horses. In case*any diseased sheep shall be ordered to be landed on the run, the Lessee to remove his stock therefrom immediately on receiving notice from the Inspector of Sheep that the run is required by the Government for diseased sheep. The rent for each year to be paid in advance' —to be repaid by the Government for the time the Lessee may be deprived of the occupation of the run for the above purpose.
