Bethune & Hunter, merchants, Wellington, New Zealand. The deceased is supposed to have been born in Perthshire, in North Britain, was a son of Elizabeth Stewart otherwise Fyfe or Fyffe, deceased, and was ;i grand-child of Alexander Stewart, deceased, he had a s-ister (married) who left Britain for some part of North America several years ago, another sister who died in Scotland several years ago, leaving children, and a brother James, wlm appears to have enlisted in the army many years ago. The personal estate of Deceased, which is considerable, is bequeathed to his nest-of-lcin generally, the real estate descends to hi 9 heirs. Dated this fourth day of January, J855.
