Firstly, by the grant of a bonus to any person or company who shall, establish such* communication, calculated on the loss likely to be sustained. . Secondly, by guaranteeing a certain rate of dividend on the capital embarked in the undertaking. Thiidly, by advancing a part of the capital required.
