Notice to Debtors and Creditors. ALL persons who have any claims against Mr. Johx Cuff, and Mr. Joun J. Cuff, late of the Mitre Hotel. Lyttelton, are hereby directed to send in the same to my office, in order that the same, if found correct, may be discharged. And all persons who stand* indebted to the said John Cuff and John J. Cuff are hereby requested to pay the amount of their several and respective debts into ray hands within one month from this date, in default thereof legal proceedings will be taken against all such parties as shall neglect or refuse to comply with this notice.
