Notice to Debtors and Creditors. \ LL persons who have any claims or -£*- demands against the estate and effects of Edwabd Maurice O'Conxbia Esquire, of Connell Villa, Mount Grey, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, late a Major in the Army, who died in the colony of New South Wales in the month of April last, are desired forthwith fo^end in the same with the nature of their- security, if any,- to Isaac Thomas Coolcson, Esq., Lyttelton, or to Mr. Richard Wormald, of the same place, Solicitor, or to Mr. John King, of Wellington, Solicitor, in order that the same may be discharged ; and all persons who were indebted to the said Edward Maurice O'Cojjneli. at the time of his decease are forthwith requested to pay the amount of their several and respective debts to the said Isaac Thomas Cookson or Richard Wormald, in Lyttelton, or to the said John King, in Wellington, otherwise leg-al proceedings will be commenced against them for the recovery thereof without further notice.
