TRIBE'S ASSIBNMENT. ~W"OTICE is Hereby. Given that in and •L-^ by a 'certain deed, bearing date the 15th day of December instant, George Henry Tribe, of Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, did bargain, sell, assign, transfer, and set over all his interest of and in the leasehold land and premises of him, the said Geerge Henry Tribe, fronting upon Norwich Quay, in Lyttelton, aforesaid, :with the wharf thereto adjoining or belonging, and late in his occupation as owner.thereof, Also, all and every the books of accounts, debts, sum and sums of money, and all other the personaLestate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of him, the said George Henry. Tribe, unto Charles Sidey, Henry John Le Cren, and James Swinbourne, of Lyttelton, aforesaid, upon trust for the benefit of all the creditors of the said George Henry Tribe who should execute the said deed within two calendar months from the date thereof, and the said.deed was executed by the said George Henry Tribe, Charles Sidey, Henry John Le Cren, and James Swinbourne, on the day of the date thereof, in the presence of and attested by Richard Wormald, of Lyttelton, aforesaid, solicitor, and Jonathan Red may ne, of the same place, his clerk. And Notice,is Hereby further Given that the ;said now lies at my office -as [solicitor to the. said Trustees for the inspection and execution by the several creditors of the said George Henry Tribe, and such of them as shall neglect or refuse to execute the said deed within the time aforesaid will be excluded all benefit that may arise therefrom. Dated this loth day of December, 1854. By order of the Trustees, . Richard Wormaid, Solicitor, London Street, Lyttelton. Notice to Mr. Tribe's Creditors. ALL PERSONS who stand indebted to *^the estate and effects of George Henry Tribe, of LyUelton, are hereby requested to pay the amount of their several and respective debts to the said George Henry Tribe on his applying for payment thereof; he having been appointed to collect, get in, and give receipts for the same, by the said Charles Sjdev, Henry John Le Ceen, and James Swinbourne, the trustees acting under, and in pursuance of the powers vested in them in and by the said above recited Deed of Assignment, and Notice is also Hereby Given, that on non-payment to the said George Henry Tribe of any of the debts when applied for by him, legal proceedings will be taken to enforce payment thereof against all defaulters without further notice. Dated this fifteenth day of December, 1854. By order of the Trustees, Richard Wormald, Solicitor. PUBLIC NOTICE. I WILL hold audit days at Lyttelton, on Tuesday, 2nd : Christchurch, Thursday, 4th ; and Kaiapoi, 6th January, 1855, weather perinitting, between the hours of 11 a. m., and 4 p. »n., for the receipt of rents, purchase monies, and instalments due to the 25th of December, on account of the Soames' Trust Estate, Jackson Trust, Ecclesiastical and Educational Trust, and Lyttelton Trust Estates ; the Lands of Lord Mandcville, Lady Emily C. Bathurst, Lady ■ Olivia Sparrow,- Rev. J. P. Rhodes, Rev. Charles Hodgp, C. T. Maunsell, George Hart, late Win. Diaper, and R. J. Harman, Esqrs'. H. I. Ckidland. ' The tenants are requested to present their last receipts.
