The Judges will have power to withhold Prizes if the productions exhibited are uot considered worthy of reward, and also to award Prizes for specimens of fruits, flowers, &c, not included in the above list. All productions intended for exhibition must be delivered to the care of the Secretaries on the ground before 10 o'clock on the morning of the Exhibition. Subscribers and their families admitted free ; non-subscribers, Is.; Children under 14, 6d. After three "o'clock, the admittance will be half price.
