A MEETING of the Subscribers to the above Newspaper will be held on Monday evening next, the 31st October, 1853, at 7 o'clock, at Mr. Heaphy's, the Universal Inn, and at Christchurch on the following Tuesday, the Ist November, at the White Hart Inn, at 8 o'clock, to elect a Committee of Management from amongst the Subscribers in Lyttelton and Christchurch, to appoint Trustees, and for other business.
