Auction . Sales, July 29.— Mr. Alport. — N.Z. Flour, in 100 lb. bags, £25 per ton, Seconds do., 10s. to 12s per 100 lbs., Coffee. Hid. per lb., East Coast Pork, sd. per lb., Currants, 6ld. per lb. A small lot of Books, Furniture, and Ironmongery realized good prices. It is impossible to quote the price of Flour with any accuracy, as prices are nominal from the absence of purchasers. V. t>. L. is quoted at £32 per ton, or 355. per 100 lbs.; New Zealand 255. to 275. per JOO lbs. A sale of Dairy Stock took place at Mr. Townsend'sfann, Ferry Mead, near the Heathcote ferry, on Monday last. Six cows fetched from £13 13s. to £21 each; and one, an imported cow, was bought in at £22. Four calves fetched £18 15s. A mare fetched £20; a draught mare was bought in at £50.
