NOTICE. ~ "IVTOTICE is hereby given that by Deed -^ bearing date the Ist day of May, 1852, and expressed to be made between Frederick Jenkins and John McLean, both of Christchurch, in the colony of New Zealand, Carpenters, of the Ist part, George Gould, of the same place, Storekeeper, of the 2nd part, and the said persons whose names are thereunto subscribed being ereditnrs of the said Frederick Jenkins and John McLean of the 3rd part, the said F. Jenkins and John Mc'Lean have conveyed, assigned, and transferred all their real and personal property, book debts, and effects unto tbe said George Gould, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. In trust for the equal benefit of such of the creditors of the said Frederick Jenkins and John Mc'Lean as shall assent to and execute the said Deed within one month after the date thereof. The said Deed was on the Ist day of May aforesaid, executed by the said F. Jenkins, John McLean and George Gould in the presence of and attested by Charles E. Prichard, of Christehurch aforesaid, Solicitor, and Spencer Arthur Pekcival, of the same place, and now lies at the office of the said Charles E. Prichard for the signature of the creditors of the said Frederick Jenkins and John Mc'Lean, who intend to receive the benefit of such Deed.
