WAKATIPU LICENSING BENCH.

The quarterly meeting was held at Queenstown on Tuesday, and attended by Messrs F. J. Burgess {Chairman), Dr Douglas, A. Ford, and P. de la Perrelle. A permanent transfer in respect to the Kingston Hotel from Young to Sopor was granted. A temporary transfer from Archibald Delargey, Commercial Hotel, Waikaia, to Patrick Delargey was granted.

A. Q. Thomson, executor, applied tor permission to allow Mrs Sachtler to conduct hotel business at Pembroke until 31st December. —Granted. W. E. Allen, executor, late R. Pritchard's estate, wrote asking that H. Elam be permitted to carry on bottle license.—Granted.
